WHO
ARE WE?

The Chaîne des
Rôtisseurs is an inclusive, international society celebrating the pleasures of
the table, promoting the culinary arts, oenology, and hospitality.

Ours is the
only society comprised of both hospitality professionals and non-professionals.

The Chaîne has members in more than 100 countries. In the United States alone,
there are more than 7,000 members in nearly 150 bailliages or chapters across
the country.

The members of the Baltimore Bailliage
participate
in local fine and casual dining events. We also support a number of local
charitable organizations
