1. Charging of fees for Chaine membership services, including local dues, is a service offered ONLY to members of the Chaine des Rotisseurs.

2. If you are not a member and attempt to make charges for ANY service without permission, such services will be cancelled, and charges will credited back to your credit card account. Credited charges will be equal to the original charge, less a cancellation fee equal to 4% of the original charge. Confirmation/Authorization codes will be emailed to you upon request.

3. If you are uncertain about your eligibility to use our credit card charge service, or want to confirm your standing, please contact the Baltimore bailliage Treasurer (see below).

4. Charges are confirmed and processed by 6:00 PM on the day of your request. Within that time a charge may be voided by contacting the Baltimore Bailliage Treasurer (see below).

5. After charges have been confirmed, cancellation and/or refund requests must be made by contacting the Baltimore Bailliage Treasurer (see below).

6. Requests for cancellations and refund credits will be processed within 5 business days. Each credit will be for the original charge, less a cancellation fee equal to 4% of the original charge. Confirmation/Authorization codes will be emailed to you upon request.
