Confrère de la Chaine des Rotisseurs
The La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs has an active group in the vibrant Greenville community and enjoys several fine dining events a year.
The Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is the oldest and largest food and wine society in the world. The Chaîne is an international gastronomic society founded in 1950 in Paris to revive the traditions of the royal guild of goose roasters chartered in 1248. The Chaîne is dedicated to bringing together those who share a mutual interest in cuisine, wine, and fine dining in a spirit of camaraderie.
The Greenville chapter, established June 13, 1988, is located in the Upstate of South Carolina and is home to one of America’s finest Main Streets and thriving restaurant scenes.
For professional members, such as chefs, restaurateurs and hoteliers, the Chaîne offers opportunities to demonstrate their exceptional skills and creativity to a discerning, appreciative audience.
