To become a member of
the Mile High-Denver Bailliage
of the Chaîne
des Rôtisseurs you must:
- Be sponsored and seconded by two members
of the Bailliage.
- Enclose TWO (2) checks (see below) made out to
Chaîne
des Rôtisseurs and mail it with your application to:

The two checks [Non-Professional & Professional only] consist of the
following fees:
A. NATIONAL FEES $ 475.00 ($ 425.00 for Professional
Members)
-One time Induction Fee for Joining the National Association $
275 [includes Ribbon and Gastronome magazine]
-National Annual Dues for the coming year $ 200.00
(Professional Dues for 2008 are discounted to $150.00)
B. LOCAL ANNUAL DUES $ 75.00

"Spousal members" & "Students"
enjoy reduced rates to become a member - ask your sponsor for details or e-mail

Each year thereafter you will pay National dues and Denver dues in order to
maintain active membership.
- You have the option at the time you join, or later in your
Chaîne
participation, to become a member of the L'Ordre
Mondial and/or the Brillat-Savarin. There are separate membership applications
for each
society and separate fees for joining. To participate in regional
and national events sponsored by each society; membership in that
society is required.
You are then encouraged to participate
in local, regional and national events.

friends and acquaintances who appreciate fine dining and
fellowship of the table and.....
- Enjoy the camaraderie of meeting fellow members of the Chaîne
while you travel to other cities in the USA or
countries around
the world.
