GARDEN STATE BAILLIAGE POLICY
Dues
National membership dues must be current. Garden State Chaîne membership dues are due each January of the year. No local dues ARE required for spouses.
Dinner Rates
Garden State Chaîne member pays for him/her self at member rate, as well as for their first guest. Additional guest(s) are at non-member rates. After attending two events at the member rate, guests (excluding spouses/escorts) must pay the non-member rate to attend any future event. spouses/escorts are always welcome at member rates. Affiliate chapter members pay at the non-member rate. Associate members who are current in their local and national dues, pay at the member rate. On occasion, if an event is subsidized, it will only be subsidized for the member. Any guests will have to pay the non-member rate.
Reservations
Reservations are only accepted first come, first served and confirmed only when payment arrives. We will confirm via email or phone. Please be aware that dinners with limited seating may be oversubscribed before the deadline.
Should it happen that an event is oversubscribed, preference is given to Garden State Members with one guest. All others will be placed on a waiting list.
Cancellations
A full refund will be returned if a reservation is canceled before the deadline date; note, there is no refund where A restaurant requires guaranteed reservations.
Bus Reservations
Reservations are only accepted with full payment before the deadline date. We will confirm via fax or phone. If you should cancel, no refund will be given unless we have a replacement passenger. Please remember, the bus will always have limited seating and can be filled before the deadline date - confirm early.
