Membership in La Chaîne offers the opportunity for new members to meet people who share a common interest in fine dining and good fellowship. For our professional restaurateurs and hoteliers, it offers opportunities to demonstrate their exceptional skills and creativity to a discerning, appreciative audience.

Membership applications are reviewed by the membership committee who make the final decision on admissions. There is often a wait list, however local gastronomes are encouraged to apply if interested fine food, wine and camaraderie.

On receipt of an application, the applicant is put on the invitation mailing list for a few months. He/She may attend dinners as paying guest which provides the opportunity for the individual to discover and learn and experience a few of its events.

Priority to attend events is always given to current members. An annual induction is held at one of the formal dinners.
