L'Ordre Mondial is the wine affiliate organization of the Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs whose focus is the appreciation of wine and crafted beverages. L'Ordre encourages the collection and dissemination of information on wines and quality spirits and the enjoyment, understanding and procurement of fine beverages. L'Ordre provides a means for mutual sharing among those who appreciate fine beverages as part of the Chaine dining experience. L'Ordre is fortunate to have professional members who are among the country's most knowledgeable sommeliers! The Honolulu Chapter was organized in 1993 with Pardee Erdman of the Maui Chapter as its first Consul now called Echanson Provincial. Our wine vault has a capacity for thousands of bottles.
