The Laguna Bailliage hosts at least four dinners per year.  We strive to provide our members the highest caliber dining experience available.  Chefs create their own “special” menu for our group.  The Restaurant Sommelier or our own Vice Eschanson will personally select that special wine to pair with each course.  Our Chapter proudly exemplifies this wonderful marriage of gourmet cuisine with fine wine.

La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs™ is an international gastronomic society founded in 1950 in Paris to revive the traditions of the royal guild of goose roasters chartered in 1248. The Chaîne is dedicated to bringing together those who share a mutual interest in cuisine, wine, and fine dining in a spirit of camaraderie.

For professional members, such as chefs, restaurateurs and hoteliers, the Chaîne offers opportunities to demonstrate their exceptional skills and creativity to a discerning, appreciative audience.
