Becoming a Member
Membership in the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, Bailliage du Minneapolis is by
invitation only and is extended both to "amateur" gastronomes and to culinary and
hospitality industry professionals. For professionals, membership offers a unique opportunity to
demonstrate one's skill and creativity to a discerning, appreciative audience. For all interested
men and women, Chaîne membership offers opportunities to meet people who share a common interest in
fine dining and good fellowship.

2010 Dues & Fees
All Annual Dues are based on a Calendar Year. New Members joining after September 1st are considered to be paid through December 31st of the following Calendar Year.
