As guests arrived for the evening they were welcomed with a glass of Centenaire Brut and a delectable plate of seafood Paella. The Paella, prepared and served by Dolce Executive Chef Eddie Palomino, featured several varieties of fish with a little rabbit chorizo for kick. Yummy!

The weather had been threatening all day but as evening approached, the sky turned just bright enough so that everyone could relax and enjoy the opportunity to meet and greet friends both old and new.

Before leaving the Reception area, we were each asked to select and to wear a tasting cup for a surprise waiting in the meadow.
And with that, we began moving with some excitement toward the fire pits in the field.
