Trios of Delight
Our dinner at The Saint Paul Hotel was a marvelous example of what the Chaîne experience is meant to be: A beautiful setting, lots of sparkling glassware and silver, food crafted by artists and artisans, luscious wine accompaniments, and a quiet buzz of contentment. The opening and closing preparations were "Trios" of rare treats (see: The Dinner).
Reception
The Reception began with a warm and gracious welcome to the James J Hill Room by Brian Schmechel, Director of Sales and Marketing for The Saint Paul Hotel.

Once everyone was seated for dinner, Bailli Carl Blanz offered a toast to honor the memory of Dame de la Chaîne Sandra Cornelius, wife of Bailli Honoraire Bob Cornelius, who had recently passed away.
