Founded in 1972, the Jordan Winery is styled

in the manner of a traditional French Chateau.

 

 

 

In the library, Adele Wise, Mindy Bazlen, Gary Bazlen,

and visiting Vice Conseiller Gastronomique Bjorn Gustafsson

from the Gothenburg, Sweden Balliage,

listen attentively to the history of Jordan Winery.

 

 

 

One of two vegetable gardens maintained by Jordan

to insure the freshest and finest of ingredients

to please the palate of every guest.

 

 

 

Jodi Prychun, Frank Navarro, Karen Levy

and Adele and Richard Wise, enjoy the camaraderie of

the table before the first course.

 

 

 

First Course

Lobster Salad with Jordan's Estate Meslum Mix,

Haricot Verts, Roasted Peanuts, Bean Sprouts and

Peanut Oil Vinaigrette

Served with a 1985 Jordan Riviere Russe

 

 

 

At the end of an extraordinary dining experience,

Bailli Philip Levy, M.D., presents Executive Chef Udo Nechutnys

with an Award of Excellence as Chef Extraordinaire

and a Porcelain Chaine Plate to commemorate the event,

as Sous Chef Manuel Reyes shares the moment.
