Welcome
to the Bailliage de Santa Barbara et Ojai web site. The
Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is an international gastronomic society
devoted to promoting fine dining and preserving the camaraderie
and pleasures of the table. It has members in more than 100
countries. In the U.S., there are more than 7,000 members in
nearly 150 bailliages, or chapters, across the country. The
Santa Barbara et Ojai Bailliage has
60 members that partake in local fine and casual
dining events.
We have already began to plan an
exciting array of events during 2004 - click here for the

trips and opportunities for fellowship. We will be hosting
the 2004 Chaine National Meeting in Santa Barbara.
