Santa Barbara and Ojai California

Welcome to the Santa Barbara/Ojai Bailliage de la Chaine des Rotisseurs, a gastronomic and culinary organization in southern California dedicated to the promotion and enjoyment of the culinary arts, oenology and camaraderie.

Our chapter was formed in 1986 and we have an active group of members who share a passion for the pleasures of the table. We organize 4 – 6 dinner events a year, fine, casual and educational, with each event providing our members the opportunity to expand their knowledge of food and wine. Our events take place in both Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. Membership is by invitation only.

Our chapter strives to maintain a close relationship with the fine dining culinary and wine professionals in our area, several of whom are members. We are fortunate to be located in proximity to some of the finest grape growing and wine producing areas in the United States, namely Santa Barbara County and the Central Coast.

We invite fellow members of the Chaine des Rotisseurs to join us for our local events as well as to join us and share the camaraderie and pleasures of the table when visiting our area.
