Welcome to the Bailliage Les Lacs et des Bois of the Conferie de la
Chaine des Rotisseurs, the world's oldest gastronomic society.
We are in The Woodlands, Texas, 30 miles north of Houston.
The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is devoted to promoting fine dining and
preserving the camaraderie and pleasures of the table. It is
headquartered in Paris and has members in more than 100
countries. In the
U.S., there are more than 7,000
members in nearly 150 bailliages or chapters across the country.
The Woodlands, TX Bailliage has approximately 50 members who partake
in local fine dining, wine tasting, and related events - about six a
year.
